Beginners Sourdough Workshop

This workshop will teach you skills needed to upkeep a healthy sourdough starter; provides you a bread recipe; guides you through hands-on practice of stretch and folds, and shows you how to shape the dough, prior to baking. Whether you are a novice or have some experience with sourdough, this workshop offers the chance to inquire, gain practical knowledge, and enjoy the process of creating a wholesome and tasty bread!

This class provides you with a glass jar containing 100 grams of a strong sourdough starter, a dough whisk, dough scraper, bread lame, basic sourdough recipe and instructions.
