About the event
During this workshop, we will make sourdough chocolate chip cookie dough (to take home to bake) and healthy, bake-free energy bites. While we eat chocolate, we will talk about what makes sourdough a healthy baking option, why drinking water is important and how to make snacks that are both healthy and delicious.
Everyone will walk away with 1 dozen cookie dough balls, to bake at home; 1 dozen energy bites (made with personally chosen ingredients) and 6 healthy snack recipes.
